As at October 2026, the Global Talent Visa UK is processed in 8 weeks for Applicants inside the UK and 3 weeks for Applicants outside the UK.

• the ‘standard going rate’ for your skilled work

Do I need to sit a 'Life in the UK' Test?

Yes, if you are applying for Settlement or British Citizenship, then you may need to take the Life in the UK Test.
