The EB-3 Visa is an Employment Based Immigration: Third Preference EB-3, and it is open to 'Other Workers', who are not Skilled workers
and not Professionals. Therefore, the 'Other Workers' subcategory is for persons performing:

- Not of a temporary or seasonal nature

Application Process - EB-3 Visa
The Application process to obtain the EB-3 Visa is as follows:
1. Evaluate and Sign Offer - Job Offer issued.
2. Petition to USCIS Immigration Office - Letter of Acceptance and Approval Letter.
3. US Embassy - Employer confirmation letter and Visa Interview.
4. Labor Certificate - Priority date and Labor Certificate issued.
5. NVC Processing - Start National Visa Center (NVC) Processing. Once you submit your fees, forms, and supporting documents to NVC, they will review your case to ensure you provided all the documentation
required to schedule the immigrant visa interview. Interviews are based on the availability of appointments offered at the Embassy/Consulate.
6. Green card issued - Green card approved and travel to the US to start employment.
