- Applicant has a successful business career.
- Applicant has an ownership interest in a business.

- Applicant has direct and continuous management role in overseas business.
- Applicant commits to maintain an ownership interest in the business in Australia.
- Applicant has an acceptable business conduct history.
- Applicant has vocational English language ability.
- Aged less than 45 years.
- Applicant meets health and character tests.
- Applicant can be sponsored by a State or Territory government.
- After at least 2 years, the applicant can apply for the Business Skills Residence visa provided the applicant has an ownership interest in a business for at least 2 years and employs Australian workers in the business.
SENIOR
EXECUTIVE
- Applicant must have
a successful business career.
- Employed in one of
the top 3 levels of management of a major business.
- Applicant has substantial business
and personal assets and substantial net assets for settlement
in Australia.
- Applicant has a commitment to
maintain an ownership interest and direct involvement in that
business.
- Applicant has an acceptable
business conduct history.
- Aged less than 45
years.
- Applicant has vocational
English language ability.
- Applicant meets health
and character tests.
- Applicant can be sponsored
by a State or Territory government.
- After about 2 years
of operating a business in Australia, Applicant is eligible to
apply for a permanent residence visa.
INVESTOR
- Applicant must have a successful record of business or investment management.
- Applicant must be willing to
make an investment in a government approved Designated
Investment for 4 years
- Applicant has substantial business and
personal assets and substantial net assets for settlement in Australia.
- Applicant has an acceptable business conduct
history.
- Aged less than 45 years.
- Applicant has vocational English language.
