The Work and Holiday visa is an electronic visa for applicants who hold a valid passport from Chile, Thailand, Turkey and the United States of America.

To be eligible, you must be aged between 18 and 30 years at the time of application, have no dependent children and have relevant education qualifications.

You can stay in Australia for up to 12 months and the visa entitles you to work with an employer for up to 6 months to supplement your travel funds through incidental employment.

You must apply for the visa from outside Australia and you must meet health and character requirements.
